10 Data Retention

After 90 consecutive days of inactivity, Personal Data tied to your Account is permanently deleted from our production systems. Anything retained beyond that exists only as anonymized or aggregated Usage Data. Longer retention applies only where law, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution requires it.

11 Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards: TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption of sensitive stored fields, need-to-know access controls, periodic audits, and contractual security commitments from Service Providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12 International Transfers

Personal Data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country. Transfers are protected by TLS 1.2+ and, where required, by safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Continued use of Cue Rush constitutes agreement to these transfers.

13 Children's Privacy

Cue Rush is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided data should contact nguyenvietquang7701@icloud.com; we will delete it promptly after verification.

14 Disclosure Requirements

16 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Certain screens — promotional pages, help articles, and reward flows — may render inside WebViews that set cookies, local storage, or similar identifiers to remember session state and measure campaigns. These do not carry account credentials. You may clear them via device or browser settings, though doing so may reset WebView preferences.

17 Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. Automated systems assist only with advertising relevance, fraud screening on payouts, and matchmaking or difficulty tuning. Adverse payout decisions remain available for human review on request.
