1 Eligibility & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) bind you and the operator of Cue Rush (the “Application”). Installing, opening, or continuing to use the Application means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the app.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old. If you lack legal capacity where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.

2 Service Description

Cue Rush is a mobile billiards / cue-sports game in which players aim, strike, and clear tables in timed or ranked matches. It may include in-app advertising, promotions, events, and optional reward mechanics.

Table layouts, cue physics tuning, match rules, campaigns, and reward terms may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice or compensation.

4 Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use bots, macros, scripts, aim-bots, or modified clients to manipulate matches, ads, or rewards
• Reverse engineer the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Attack, overload, or disrupt https://gou.coincnoy.com or partner systems
• Create fake accounts, fabricate ad impressions, or submit deceptive payout requests
• Exploit bugs in match scoring or the cue economy rather than reporting them
• Upload unlawful or infringing material, or harass other users
• Violate applicable law or any provision of these Terms

5 Virtual Items & Purchases

Coins, cues, chalk, boosters, and similar virtual goods have no cash value outside features expressly offered in the Application and are licensed, not sold. In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store under that store’s refund rules. Virtual items may be rebalanced or removed during ordinary game tuning.

6 Rewards, Withdrawals & PayPal

Promotional nature

Rewards, where offered, are promotional and subject to in-app rules and eligibility.

Verification

Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud review, identity checks, and a PayPal account in your own name.

Review outcomes

Abuse-linked requests may be delayed, reduced, canceled, or refused.

Timing

Processing depends on PayPal, partners, compliance checks, and your region — timelines are not guaranteed.

7 Intellectual Property

Software, artwork, table and cue designs, trademarks, audio, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No further rights are granted by implication.

8 Advertising & Third Parties

The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners, each under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our reasonable control.

9 Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including processing via https://gou.coincnoy.com. By using Cue Rush you acknowledge you have reviewed that document.

10 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, undermined fair play, or created risk for users or the platform. You may stop anytime by uninstalling. IP, disclaimer, liability, and indemnity clauses survive termination.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cue Rush, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government action, network failures, cyberattacks, or third-party platform disruptions.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live. Before formal proceedings, contact nguyenvietquang7701@icloud.com to attempt a good-faith resolution. Non-waivable consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

16 General Provisions

• Entire agreement — these Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement
• Severability — if one clause fails, the rest remains in force
• No waiver — not enforcing a clause once does not waive later enforcement
• Assignment — we may assign these Terms in a merger or asset sale; you may not without our consent

17 Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service or law changes. Material revisions may be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
